Job Description
Staff Housing Coordinator: Part-Time 16 -24 hours per week
We are seeking a Staff Accommodation Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of our staff housing at Scandinave Spa Whistler.
This is a people-focused and administrative role that involves coordinating housing logistics, maintaining accurate documentation, communicating with occupants, and working closely with HR, Maintenance, and external contractors.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help create a clean, safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for our staff accommodation occupants.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Move-Ins & Move-Outs: Coordinate the housing process for new and departing employees, including scheduling, documentation, and unit readiness.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Create tenancy documentation and maintain accurate and up-to-date housing records.
• Inspections & Follow-Up: Conduct monthly unit inspections, document findings, and follow up on any required actions.
• Occupant Support: Respond to accommodation questions, concerns, and incidents, providing appropriate guidance and support.
• Maintenance Coordination: Identify maintenance or repair needs and coordinate with the Maintenance team, contractors, and other service providers.
• Communication & Coordination: Work collaboratively with HR, Maintenance, contractors, and occupants to ensure smooth day-to-day housing operations.

• Valid BC Driver’s Licence; access to a vehicle is an asset.
