Sales Executive at Group of Companies - Dubai in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in FMCG, HORECA, and Foodstuff Trading, with a strong track record in business development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG, HORECA, and foodstuff trading sectors.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities effectively.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective business development and account management.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regular updates on business development activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and CRM updates.
• Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, business events, and industry activities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven sales experience in FMCG, HORECA, Foodstuff Trading, or a related industry.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and Foodstuff/FMCG sales environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
