Receptionist / Cashier – Griffith Ford Seguin

Griffith Ford Seguin is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, so we’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, positivity, and great communication skills every day.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer and route incoming calls to the correct department
• Process payments accurately for service and parts transactions
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, filing, and data entry
• Provide support to the Service and Sales departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, dealership systems a plus)
• Previous receptionist or cashier experience preferred but not required
