Talent Acquisition Advisor
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate is highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Experience using Canva, navigating Workday, and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed is strongly desired. The role will support the Northeast Talent Acquisition team by managing all administrative functions, including oversight of the team inbox, SharePoint maintenance, reporting, job board auditing, and coordinating tasks related to property transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Open Positions Report to ensure accuracy and visibility for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Run, organize, and distribute Workday reports as needed for recruiting workflows and leadership updates.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint folders and file structure for the Northeast Talent Acquisition team.
- Oversee Teams channel organization and content for both Onsite and Talent Acquisition channels.
- Monitor and manage the Northwest Talent Acquisition email inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of inquiries.
- Review and update the Greystar Careers site to ensure all postings reflect current hiring needs.
- Conduct regular audits of Indeed and LinkedIn to confirm closed or paused roles are removed or updated on external job boards.
- Create Canva-based marketing content for promotional posts, welcome graphics, and job advertisements to support talent branding initiatives.
- Open, manage, and track evergreen and takeover requisitions associated with new property transitions.
- Send mass communications and follow-up messages to candidates and regional teams as needed.
- Create offers in Workday and progress candidates through the full workflow to support seamless hiring during transitions.
- Source and schedule Talent Acquisition screenings for qualified candidates via Indeed and LinkedIn based on requisition needs and direction from the Talent Acquisition team.
- Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition Pipeline to ensure candidate activity and sourcing efforts are accurately tracked.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting with various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- A passion for people and creating meaningful candidate experiences.
- 2-3 years of experience sourcing and recruiting for US-based organizations.
- Knowledge of US property management industry highly preferred.
- Must be able to work US-based hours (Pacific Standard Time).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reports, systems, and administrative workflows.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling data accuracy, audits, and candidate movement in Workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience creating content in Canva/PowerPoint for internal and external communications.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems for reporting, offers, and candidate processing.
- Ability to source candidates effectively via Workday, LinkedIn and Indeed and maintain an accurate Talent Acquisition pipeline.
- Strong communication and stakeholder support skills, including handling the Northwest team inbox and mass communications.
- Adaptability and willingness to support various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.
