We’relooking for a detail-drivenSenior Statutory Reporting Analystto join our international finance team. In this role,you’llplay a key part in ensuringstatutory and regulatory compliance across multiplejurisdictions—making yourexpertiseinstatutory reportingessential to success. Key Responsibilities Statutory, Regulatory and TaxReporting (Core Focus): Prepare and deliver statutory financial statements across multiple internationaljurisdictions Ensure full compliance withlocal statutory, regulatory, and SOX requirements Monitor and implement changes inlocaljurisdictionalregulations Build deepexpertisein global statutory reporting frameworks Local tax and - government reporting Manage quarterly and year-end compliance obligations (statutory, tax, government reporting) Compliance: Support audits and liaise with tax authorities, regulators, and auditors Contribute to projects such asM&A, restructurings, and divestitures Controlling & Internal Controls: Perform balance sheet and P&L monitoring across legal entities Execute and enhance SOX and internal control processes Drive process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders Business Partnering &Process Improvement: Automate,Optimiseand improve standard processes to achievemaximum operationalexcellence Collaborate with finance, legal, tax, and operational teams globally Track and report compliance KPIs and deadlines Support legal entity directors in meeting statutory obligations Education & Experience Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, Economics, or related field Strong hands-on experience in statutory and compliance reporting CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred Skills & Knowledge Provenexpertiseinstatutory financial reporting across multiplejurisdictions Strong understanding ofregulatory frameworks and compliance requirements Highattention to detailwith excellent organizational skills Effective communicatorwith cross-functional stakeholders Proactive, and continuously learning mindset #LI-Hybrid #LI-CB1 At Greif, we believe that our colleagues are the center of our success.
