Job Description
Summary: Greenworks is a rapidly growing global manufacturer of residential and commercial products, leading the charge toward a sustainable future. The internship program provides students and early-career individuals with hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, allowing them to contribute to meaningful projects while developing professional skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks and projects within the assigned department
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and assignments
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and company events
- Prepare presentations, documentation, or reports as needed
- Support process improvement initiatives and identify efficiencies
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of assigned work
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
- Pursuing a degree relevant to the internship area (e.g., Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, HR, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a professional setting
- The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
- Observe and detect details at close range
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Climb stairs, stationary position (Sit/Stand 50% of time)
- Position self by stooping, kneeling, transport, or position boxes weighing 5 -20 pounds or more
- Operate office equipment including computers, copiers, and printers
- Occasionally exposed to weather elements
- All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States
