HR Recruiter
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

- Administer full lifecycle recruiting. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
a. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position and department needs to create and or update detailed and effective job descriptions.
b. Post, track, and follow up on all vacant positions on company and third-party job boards. Collaborate with hiring managers on hard-to-fill and or expired job postings.
c. Identify, contact, and screen qualified candidates. Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices.
d. Support candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview and offer / decline process by offering recommendations and coaching, attending interviews, and handling communications as requested.
e. Maintain consistent communication with both candidates and hiring managers. - Lead Provider recruiting. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
a. Participate in specialty job fairs focused on students and residents.
b. Proactively search for, engage, and forward qualified candidates to applicable hiring managers.
c. Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify provider needs.
d. Post, track, and follow up on all vacant positions on company and third-party job boards.
e. Collaborate with third-party recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill positions.
f. Identify, contact, and screen qualified candidates. Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices.
g. Support candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview and offer / decline process by assisting with scheduling and follow up communications.
h. Maintain consistent communication with both candidates and hiring managers. - Lead sourcing efforts. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
a. Maintain and increase professional network within the community, social platforms, and other applicable portfolios.
b. Proactively search for, engage, and forward qualified candidates that fit the company and role to applicable hiring managers.
c. Analyze information obtained regarding hard-to-fill positions to provide suggestions for resolution to leadership. - Identify and implement effective and efficient recruiting methods. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
a. Follow up with new employees and hiring managers at standardized increments to obtain feedback, identify areas of potential improvement, and offer coaching as requested.
b. Administer temporary pools by proactively collaborating with managers on their department needs, sourcing candidates to build the pools, and screen, interview, and assign candidates as needed.
c. Research, develop, and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards and the needs of the organization.
d. Track recruiting related metrics consistently and prepare detailed reports for frequent, scheduled review. - Lead networking opportunities. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
a. Organize and attend job fairs and other networking prospects.
b. Prepare applicable literature to be distributed to the public and or internally.
c. Submit purchase orders for recruiting related materials. - Assist or back-up the Staffing Coordinator as needed. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
a. Participate in onboarding tasks and communications.
b. Support the preparation of orientation(s) materials.
c. Participate in and or lead orientations, supporting presenters as necessary.
At all times, maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment and related employment laws and regulations.
MARGINAL JOB DUTIES
1. Performs other duties as assigned which may include special projects.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. Education: Associate degree in related field required. In lieu of degree, three (3) years of recruiting experience or four (4) years of HR experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred..
2. Licensure: N/A. HR related certification or license preferred.
3. Experience: Two (2) years minimum experience in an HR related position required in addition to degree. Two (2) years or more experience in a recruiting related position preferred in addition to degree.
4. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Must be able to type and utilize a computer and Microsoft office software efficiently. Must be able to always relate to diverse populations in a professional and courteous manner. Must be able to work independently and self-start.
5. Physical Effort: Must be able to sit and or stand up to eight (8) hours day and lift, twist, push, and or pull twenty-five (25) lbs on occasion.
6. Hours of Work: Full time, minimum 40 hours a week, some evenings Or weekends as required for related events. Hybrid schedule available at organization’s and manager’s discretion. Must maintain regular and timely attendance.
7. Travel: May require limited travel within service area. Reimbursement consistent with GLBHC policy.
