The SVP of Practice Operations is responsible for managing, overseeing, and growing SP-owned and managed physician practices. The SVP of Practice Operations reports directly to the company’s COO and serves as SP’s senior operations and relationship leader for the practice relationships, helping practices improve day-to-day performance, build and nurture key relationships, develop and implement practice best practices and playbooks, set practice strategy and priorities, run high-value strategic projects, and support practice-related M&A efforts. This role partners closely with local market leaders, facility leaders, and several corporate functions.
