Job Description
- Maintenance of Machinery:
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for all machinery in the facility.
- Ensure optimal functioning of equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Specific Equipment Handling:
- Ammonia Refrigeration Systems: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot refrigeration units.
- Freezers: Regular maintenance and repair of freezers used in production processes.
- Homogenizers and Pasteurizers: Ensure smooth operation and timely maintenance of homogenizers and pasteurizer systems.
- Pumps and Other Equipment: Inspect, operate, and repair pumps and associated systems critical for production.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery
- Ensure timely replacement of worn-out parts and conduct inspections to avoid unplanned breakdowns.
- Inventory and Spare Parts Management:
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for all machinery
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of critical components.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to industry and workplace safety standards during maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular safety checks on machinery and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the production team to address equipment-related concerns.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving machine efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
