Schedule / Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM-4:30PM with some flexibility as business needs determine
Job Summary
As our Facility Associate Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our hourly Associates (Employees) and leadership teams through scheduling, training coordination, onboarding, and overall administrative excellence at our Wyocena facility location. You will serve as a central liaison between Associates, Managers, Human Resources, and external partners while ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. If you are an expert multitasker who finds purpose in helping others succeed, this role is for you.

Provide administrative and front-office support, including reception duties, scheduling meetings and events, managing supplies, coordinating vendor services, and keeping shared spaces welcoming and organized.

Coordinate training programs for new hires and existing Associates, including tracking completion.

Support onboarding and engagement efforts, including orientations and recognition programs.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of production databases (D365).
What you need to be considered for the role:
- High School or GED required.
- Two (2) or more years’ office/administrative experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Knowledge of production workflow and procedures required.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to work with all levels within the organization.
- Positive attitude and presence.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
- Intermediate computer proficiency and in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
Preferred:
- 2 Year Associate Degree Further related education or training strongly preferred.
