Summary: SELCO Community Credit Union is a member-focused credit union seeking a full-time Teller Associate to provide exceptional service to members, team members, and guests. The role performs teller transactions, handles cash accurately, detects errors and fraud, supports other teams, and identifies opportunities to cross-sell products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Work with a high level of accuracy and efficiency while following instructions and established procedures, performing teller transactions, and handling cash (i.e., counting, documenting, etc.)
- Demonstrate initiative to help protect the member and SELCO from losses by detecting errors and taking action to prevent fraud
- Assist team members and other departments, as needed

Required Qualifications:
- • Exceptional customer service skills by using the GVAL-HI approach to providing service. Greet people. Value them. Ask how you can help. Listen. Help them. Invite them back
- • Ability to discover member needs to effectively cross-sell SELCO's products and services
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • At least six (6) months of cash handling and customer service or sales experience
- • Must be bondable
