- Work with Marketing on technical SEO, including sitemaps, schema markup, canonical tags and crawl issues
- Maintain analytics and conversion tracking, including website forms and CRM integrations
- Build landing pages and support A/B testing for marketing campaigns
- Identify and resolve broken links, redirects and other post-migration issues
- Maintain clear documentation and change records
- Work closely with non-technical colleagues to understand requirements and turn them into practical website solutions
- Support the ongoing improvement and optimisation of the website
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years' experience in a web development role supporting a live marketing or corporate website
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
- Experience with a CMS, website builder or component-based platform such as WordPress or Strapi
- Experience working with JSON-structured content
- Good understanding of technical SEO, website performance and accessibility
- Experience with Git, code reviews and controlled website releases
- Experience with .NET / C# and/or Azure App Service
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager and SEO tools such as Semrush
- Experience with CRM form integrations, ideally Zoho CRM
- Experience supporting a website through or following a platform migration
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tools as part of development and content workflows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in PropTech, SaaS or B2B software would be advantageous
What you'll bring
