Location and Compensation

Berryville, VA Full-Time $90,000-$120,000 per year Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient therapy office that needs a strong clinical leader. This position is hands-on and practical. You will treat patients, guide staff, review care quality, and help make sure the clinic runs with consistency. The role is best suited for a Physical Therapist who has strong outpatient experience and is ready to take a larger role in clinic performance, team support, and patient care outcomes.

Primary Duties

• Manage clinical services within the outpatient therapy clinic

• Complete patient evaluations and build appropriate care plans

• Deliver treatment for orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, pain, and mobility concerns

• Track patient progress and modify plans when clinically needed

• Provide direction and support to therapy staff

• Review clinical documentation and maintain compliance standards

• Assist with workflow, team coordination, and clinic organization

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia or eligible for Virginia licensure

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one

• Outpatient physical therapy experience required

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred

• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills

• Ability to balance direct care with operational leadership
