Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Missouri Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Description

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide teletherapy services focused on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. This role emphasizes continuity of care, client engagement, and measurable outcomes—all within a fully remote structure designed for efficiency and balance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments via telehealth

• Provide individual therapy sessions

• Develop and maintain treatment plans

• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner

• Adhere to ethical, legal, and licensing standards

• Active Missouri LCSW license

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

• Clinical experience in mental health treatment

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms

• Organized and self-directed work style
