Position Type: Full-Time Location: Mississippi Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide structured outpatient therapy through a secure telehealth platform. This role focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families address behavioral, emotional, and relational challenges. You will manage your own caseload, deliver evidence-based treatment, and support measurable client progress through consistent clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families

• Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation

• Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are needed

• Follow ethical standards, licensing regulations, and telehealth guidelines

• Active LMFT license in the state of Mississippi

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field

• Experience providing outpatient mental health services

• Comfortable delivering therapy in a remote environment

• Strong documentation and time-management skills
