Technical Program Manager III, Industrial… at Google · Sterling

Own information security programs for industrial equipment and facility assets within LATAM, while leading one or more OT security workstreams globally. Develop and drive program implementation, long-term strategy, cross-site execution, and resource prioritization for information security efforts across Google’s fleet of Data Centers in partnership with global engineering and regional teams. Partner with cross-functional teams to define/measure security postures, establish new business processes to proactively address weaknesses, and drive continuous improvements. Guide and optimize complex operational technology security programs to drive consistency, efficiency, and economies of scale across multiple teams, measuring success by direct impact on product area-level OKRs. Leverage control system insights and experience to influence and inform stakeholders across DC Central Operations, DC Software, and site-specific teams.
