Define and steer the global vision and strategy for GDC’s Environmental Programs, prioritizing community concerns related environmental program, aligning regional initiatives with evolving Google standards and global GDC operational models. Partner with executive GDC leadership, CSRM, and EHS stakeholders to integrate and execute environmental initiatives as a core GDC business strategy to enable licenses to operate. Standardize and oversee the global environmental risk management framework to identify, evaluate, and mitigate end-to-end environmental risks, while ensuring proactive adaptation to market forces. Establish and monitor global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving global and industry level benchmarking across all operating models with a focus on community-specific environmental impacts.
