Senior Officer, NPI Location: IN Aurangabad You will be responsible for:- Plan NPI Builds with region, design team and plant scheduling Ensure components availability as per Spec request Execute the builds on time Analyze and prepare building reports Tire selection with design and AE team for respected tests inhouse and external Components disposals on time Improvement actions before successive build Yield improvement calls, data preparations and presentations with experts for their supports Drive individual project for 100% yield with necessary support system Components standardization for complexity improvement Should be able to handle and ensure the audits by internal GY and external auditors on NPI Should have minimum knowledge on preparation Quality department to see the effects on tire performance Tire testing and field engineering knowledge is also key factors for any NPI personal. Should able to correlate the tire performance in Testing/Field w.r.t. tire constructions as and when required Enough knowledge on QMS Coaching and Mentoring Trainees and NPI Officer :- Coach fresh Engineers in recognition and identification of problems. Collect data and inputs to make quality decisions based on analysis Mentoring NPI Monitors Responsible to implement & Train on new NPI tools Use collaboration to solve problems and make decisions between teams, functions.
