Pay: $17.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM (Variable Hours, Flexibility Required)
This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All Employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan - must be 18 years of age to participate.

J OB SUMMARY:
Join our team and help transform construction sites into clean, safe, and move-in-ready spaces. Your work will ensure homes, offices, and newly built structures are ready to welcome their occupants.
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming (carpets, vents, etc)
- Sweeping (floors, basements, garages)
- Dusting/Washing/Polishing
- Tub/Shower/Toilet cleaning
- Jobsite Trash Removal
- Occasional lifting/moving of materials up to 35lbs.
- Pressure Washing (see below)
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation with valid DL & insurance
- Computer & Mobile (Smart) phone w/internet access
- Proper identity and work authorization documents
- Strong/Flexible work ethic - Must be dependable, honest, detailed oriented, on-time
- Ability to work between the hours of M-F 8-5 with some flexibility outside of those hours.
- Prior cleaning/construction experience preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility, an eye for detail and a strong "team" attitude are just as important to us.
