Job Description
Summary: Goodr is a company that creates and sells active eyewear with a focus on fun and authenticity. They are seeking an Account Operations Associate to support retail accounts, coordinate onboarding, and manage order processing while fostering strong relationships with partners.
Responsibilities:
- Work with retail accounts (and, as needed, global distributors) to understand their growth and ordering plans
- Support account growth by applying established retail strategies and best practices and escalating opportunities to the team
- Coordinate retailer onboarding for assigned accounts, ensuring required steps are completed and timelines are met
- Support business reviews by coordinating logistics and preparing performance reports on account performance
- Handle purchase order processing and order communications
- Track customer benefits and identifying customer eligibility
- Develop and implement recovery plans if necessary
- Becoming absolute BFF’s (friendship bracelets highly encouraged) with our retail partners
- No direct reports – you get to lead the charge, without managing your fellow flamingos
- This role is in the Sales Operations and Enablement team and will report directly to the Manager of Sales Operations & Enablement
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience navigating the high-stakes world of order management for national chain accounts
- Proven experience working in a wholesale B2B environment (a BIG plus if in CPG setting)
- Is a NetSuite (or other enterprise-level) wizard who can navigate complex systems without losing their cool
- Possess a black belt in EDI transactions, with the ability to resolve exceptions and keep the data flowing like a smooth California breeze
- Demonstrates a strategic brain for data, specifically when it comes to analyzing POS data and sell-through reporting
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- A self-starter who can rely on their skill in prioritizing and organizing their workflow to coordinate multiple departments
- Dependable with the willingness to take the initiative to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency
- Loves the work more than a paycheck
- Thinks planning and organizing are fun
- Loves getting and giving feedback
- Is into personal growth
- Thinks fun is doing great work (not just partying)
- Is proactive and an independent problem solver! (Can you google a question?)
Preferred Qualifications:
- May or may not have a degree...we don't care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law)
- Experience with SPS Commerce & Analytics and Salesforce is a BIG plus
