Responsibilities: - Deliver an outstanding support experience via email, web, and phone for customers using Gong products while meeting key performance goals - Learn the ins and outs of Gong products and build expertise with common integrations (such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs) - Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, help identify potential bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders - This is a small team!
