The Junior Analyst will be responsible for managing investor accounts, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring timely execution of team deliverables. Responsibilities: - Executing the Data Management Team specific service level agreements - Onboarding and maintenance of investor accounts, including the collection and analysis of banking and investor contact information - Contributing to process improvements and automation with respect to how data is managed in the CRM database - Contributing to critical Investor Communications projects - Corresponding with other back-office teams on day-to-day and ad-hoc activity - Consistently meeting team metrics and shifting priorities as needed - Ensuring timely execution on team deliverables and ad-hoc requests - Maintaining a positive culture during times of high volumes - Participating on calls with internal and external groups Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external groups - Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office products, specifically Word and Excel - Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus Preferred Qualifications: - Financial background and technical skills, a strong plus - Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture Required Skills: Financial background, MS Office proficiency, Microsoft Dynamics knowledge Important Skills: Investor Data Governance, Tax, AML Compliance Nice-to-Have Skills: Fast-paced adaptability Benefits: Full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits, 401(k) eligibility, Various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave
