The Analyst role within the AWM Finance group involves supporting valuation and budgeting processes, while maintaining a strong focus on financial analysis and client service. Responsibilities: - Determining and supporting appropriate fair market values across multiple investing disciplines and geographies - Preparing and maintaining multi-year departmental revenue, balance sheet and other risk metric forecasts, involving multiple investment strategies - Maintaining working knowledge of significant investments and forecasting assumptions - Participating in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the valuation and budgeting process - Responding to ad hoc requests and preparing analyses for same Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business discipline - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong understanding of capital and debt markets - Strong analytical skills and detail orientation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral as well as written - Strong coordination and organizational skills - Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and handle stressful situations - Ability to work independently in a small team, exhibit initiative and be proactive - Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of information - Team player, willing to help in areas not explicitly related to job duties - Comfortable working with a manager in a remote location - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Required Skills: Capital markets, Debt markets, Financial analysis, Financial forecasting, Valuation, Budgeting, Excel, PowerPoint, Coordination skills, multi-task Benefits: Competitive benefits and wellness offerings
