DGM - Marketing at Golden Opportunities in Chennai

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled DGM Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing strategy, ATL & BTL campaign management, digital marketing, branding & brand positioning, NRI marketing, and media planning &PR.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive real estate marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Manage and execute ATL &BTL campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)Develop and maintain strong branding and brand positioning to differentiate our company from competitors
• Manage NRI marketing efforts to attract and retain non-resident Indian customers
• Plan and execute media campaigns to increase brand visibility and reach target audiences
• Collaborate with PR teams to develop and execute PR strategies to build brand reputation and credibility

Requirements
• 12-16 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies and tactics
• Proven track record of managing and executing successful ATL &BTL campaigns
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
• Strong branding and brand positioning skills to differentiate our company from competitors
• Experience in NRI marketing to attract and retain non-resident Indian customers
• Strong media planning and PR skills to build brand reputation and credibility
