Key responsibilities:

• Take room-service orders by telephone and accurately record guest requirements.
• Explain the menu, ingredients, portion sizes, and available promotions when required.
• Coordinate orders with the kitchen and service team.
• Set up food and beverages on trays or trolleys according to hotel standards.
• Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
• Check the order for accuracy, presentation, temperature, and completeness before delivery.
• Present the order to the guest and explain the items when necessary.
• Process payments or obtain the appropriate room signature/charge confirmation.
• Clear trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of IRD equipment, trays, trolleys, and service areas.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special occasions professionally.
• Follow hotel SOPs, food-safety procedures, and upselling standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, and Stewarding when necessary.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain records of orders and revenue.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
