Our Professional Services Team is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for managing implementations for our strategic customer accounts. The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented customer advocate with experience delivering high quality, on-time SaaS implementations.

The Job
Deliver exceptional customer implementations for GoFundMe Pro’s fundraising and events platform
Manage projects end-to-end, which includes scoping, planning, execution, risk/issue mitigation and stakeholder management
Gather information from customers to evaluate their needs and create tailored implementation plans that support business objectives and drives customer time to value
Work with customer and internal teams to translate requirements into out of the box or custom solutions
Execute client implementation projects with sole responsibility for deliverables, overall project success, exceptional customer experience
Deliver “hands on keyboard” configuration of customer instance, configuration and asset creation as required for completion of project
Identify, mitigate, monitor and communicate project risks and scope changes that may arise during the implementation
Provide strategic and technical guidance and training for customers through platform implementation and campaign development - ensure client campaigns and events are optimized for success, launch on time, and achieve donation volume and other customer business goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external project stakeholders
Develop GoFundMe Pro product and non-profit industry subject matter expertise
Manage resource planning and utilization
Collaborate with Product, Partner, Tech Services, Customer Care, and Account Teams to ensure a successful onboarding experience and adoption of the GoFundMe Pro platform
Contribute to team goals and initiatives through participation in team meetings, collaborate on / take ownership of projects driving process improvement, team enablement, etc.
Identify areas of challenge or opportunity for increased quality of delivery and take initiative to develop solutions, in partnership with team members / leadership, as needed
You
2-4 years of Implementation and/or Project Management experience
Proven, hands-on experience successfully implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
Sense of urgency in your work
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines
Strong people skills to lead collaboration across functions and organizations
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
Client Management experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Natural problem-solver, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
Excellent organization and planning skills
Proactive attitude with ability to independently solve conceptual problems and deliver results in challenging situations on time and in scope
High-energy, team-first attitude: motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
Comfort with ambiguity, ability to work with minimal instruction
Technical acumen
Preferred
Experience managing client projects within the Salesforce ecosystem
Knowledge of the non-profit industry, how it operates and the unique challenges it presents
Experience with cloud-based CRM and Customer Success tools (Salesforce, ClickUp, etc.)

The annual U.S. salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $112,000 which may include potential variable incentive payments + equity + benefits. The company also offers equity and other benefits to employees, including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) saving program. In addition to this wage, there are geolocation differentials that will increase pay depending on the work location. Additionally pay may vary depending on other factors including skills, experience, education, or training.
