This class is for non-experienced individuals who have not worked in the industry prior.

• Next Apprentice Academy starts December 3, 2026.
• Seats are limited. Interviews are happening NOW.

Why This Program is Different

Forget school debt and "unpaid training." With Goettl, you're a paid employee from day one.

• $20.00 per hour while you train with high earning potential once you hit the field
• Your effort drives your success - the more you give, the more you achieve
• Full benefits- health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match
• Zero tuition. Zero student loans. 100% hands-on training

What's the Catch?

Commit to two years of full-time employment with us after training. We invest in you, so we expect you to put in the work. If you leave the program voluntarily, we have a payback program for the cost of the training.
