Summary: GMF Steel Group is searching for a Corporate Recruiter to be part of our Marketing & Talent Acquisition Department. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process and engaging with candidates to attract top talent while supporting the company's brand and culture. Responsibilities: - Champion interview process for corporate positions - Prepare job descriptions - Keep recruiting database up to date and proactively contact candidates - Source for hard-to-fill positions and engage with passive candidates - Consistenly communicate with candidates by providing a personable experience - Prepare reports for executive management - Assist with the new employee experience process - Assist with selecting, planning, and attending career fairs - Assist the Marketing team with duties, as necessary Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills - High energy to attract A-Level talent - Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly - Proficiency in suite of Microsoft Office programs and applications - Willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual, a plus Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree, Microsoft Office proficiency Nice-to-Have Skills: Bilingual Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and a 401k Match Program, Paid Time Off
