Responsibilities
About the role- This role focuses on monitoring inventory audits and managing commercial lending activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. It involves reviewing audit data, supporting dealerships, and coordinating credit lines, funding, and documentation. The position also works closely with internal teams and dealers to maintain portfolio performance and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work with cross-functional teams on borrower risk rating, portfolio monitoring, and watchlist accounts.
- Coordinate commercial loans including real estate, capital loans, and revolving credit.
- Ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and communication with dealers and stakeholders.
- Support dealerships in using wholesale systems, policies, and resolving issues quickly.
- Manage credit line setup, maintenance, lender take-outs, and auction payment processes.
- Perform collections, review billing statements, and monitor portfolio performance.
- Coordinate insurance setup, claims, and annual reviews with external brokers.
- Review audit data, address exceptions, support high-risk accounts, and assist with workouts or liquidations.
- Prepare loan documentation, coordinate funding, ensure proper execution of legal documents, and support system projects.

Experience
- 2-4 years experience in an automotive financial company preferred.
- Five or more years of directly related experience in financial analysis
- Experience in automotive dealership commercial lending environment required.
- Secondary diploma required
- Bachelors degree in Business preferred

The base range for this role is: $61,000-$109,500
At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits after 30 days of employment.
