Summary: GlossGenius is building an ecosystem enabling entrepreneurs to succeed, and they are seeking a Customer Support Expert to support their customers throughout the entire customer journey. In this role, you will provide personalized support, build product knowledge, and advocate for the GlossGenius brand while working with a dynamic team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
