Job Description
Summary: Globus Medical is dedicated to delivering innovations that enhance the quality of life for patients with musculoskeletal disorders. The Product Manager Intern will support leadership and project teams with planning activities, assist in coordinating project timelines, and contribute to market research and product launch activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supports leadership and project teams with planning activities, goals, and project priorities
- Assists with coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and updates alongside the product development team
- Participates in regular team meetings and helps communicate project progress to internal stakeholders
- Supports market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, new products, and growth opportunities
- Helps organize and document project activities such as kickoff meetings, design reviews, testing, and lab events
- Assists with gathering customer and user feedback to help define product needs and improvements
- Partners with operations teams to support manufacturing, purchasing, and project readiness activities
- Contributes to product launch activities including training support, customer interactions, and sales enablement efforts
- Adhering to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
- Representing the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globus
