Job Description Team Leader | Insurance Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: BPO / Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Insurance Sales team to achieve business targets.

- Drive sales, conversion, revenue and productivity targets.

- Monitor key metrics including AHT, Conversion, Revenue, Productivity, Attrition, Shrinkage & CSAT.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and feedback sessions.

- Monitor sales calls and ensure adherence to process and quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

- Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales.

- Analyze team performance and implement corrective action plans.

- Coordinate with Quality, Training and WFM teams to improve performance.

- Drive team engagement and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Insurance Sales BPO

On-paper experience mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of Insurance Sales & Outbound Calling.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and people-management skills.

- Strong knowledge of sales metrics and performance management.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- 6 days working
