Location: Global Indian International School, Pride World City, Charholi, Pune

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pre-Primary Academic Coordinator to lead and manage the early years curriculum, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and supervise Pre-Primary curriculum and lesson delivery
• Guide and mentor teachers to maintain high teaching standards
• Monitor student development and learning outcomes
• Ensure age-appropriate pedagogy and classroom practices
• Conduct parent interactions and address concerns
• Organize events, activities, and assessments
• Maintain academic records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Education or relevant field
• Minimum 4- 8 years of experience in Pre-Primary coordination
• Strong understanding of early childhood education
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
