Recruiter Intern (Remote) at Glint Tech Solutions in Remote

The Recruiter Intern will source and evaluate candidates, conduct outreach, coordinate interviews, maintain applicant records, and support recruiters across technology recruiting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, Boolean Search, and AI recruiting tools
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters
- Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Assist with candidate pipeline management and follow-up
- Learn recruiting best practices, Boolean search techniques, and AI sourcing strategies
- Support recruiters on multiple technology recruiting projects

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills in English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools
- Interest in recruiting, HR, sales, or technology

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, or CRM systems
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity
