The Agentic AI Engineering Intern will architect and deploy internal automation tools, collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency and speed. Responsibilities: - Workflow Architecture: Design and build complex automation workflows using n8n to connect our internal ecosystem (CRM, ATS, ERP, and Engineering tools) - AI Agent Deployment: Leverage Agentic AI (Claude for Work, LLMs) to handle complex logic, code generation, and data analysis, minimizing manual coding time - Cross-Functional Tooling: Collaborate directly with Founders, Sales, and Engineering leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy immediate technical solutions - Rapid Prototyping: Accelerate the development lifecycle by moving from idea to deployed internal tool in hours, not weeks - System Optimization: Monitor and refine automated processes to ensure reliability and scalability as the company grows Required Qualifications: - 0-3 years in a technical field (Software Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or similar) - Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and logic flow - Experience with Python or JavaScript is required for custom logic implementation - English fluency is required Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with (or an intense drive to master) workflow orchestration tools like n8n and AI collaboration suites like Claude Projects - The '100x' Mindset: You are obsessed with efficiency.
