Associate IT Service Desk Technician - Temporary at GILLIG · Loveland

The Associate IT Service Desk Technician will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, assisting users and managing IT support tasks under supervision. Responsibilities: - Maintain and Install workstations, ensuring maximum uptime with minimal rework - Create and maintain user profiles in Active Directory and application repositories - Create and maintain accurate knowledge base for problem resolution - Maintain and close IT Tickets within target time and follow up to ensure issues are completely resolved - Install and maintain applications - Ensure sensitive information is secured - Provide feedback and ideas on improving IT Services Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of Service Desk experience - Good communication skills - Customer Service oriented - Calm under pressure - Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues - Good understanding of office applications, computer systems, network systems, telecommunication systems and mobile devices - Working knowledge of application security, understanding of vulnerabilities and countermeasures Preferred Qualifications: - BA/BS in Computer Science or related field Required Skills: Service Desk, Active Directory, Application Security, Technical Issue Diagnosis, Resolution, Office Applications, Computer Systems, Network Systems, Telecommunication Systems, Mobile Devices, Customer Service, Calmness under pressure Benefits: Company paid medical premiums, Generous retirement plan, Other comprehensive benefits
