• Assisting Concierge with managing meeting room bookings and ensuring meeting rooms are professionally presented, well maintained and ready for use.
• Assisting with reception and Concierge coverage, including answering and screening calls, directing enquiries and providing remote support to our Sydney and Melbourne offices as required.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of client-facing areas, meeting rooms, kitchens and hospitality facilities.
• Coordinating couriers, deliveries and hand deliveries as required.
• Providing general office administration and ad hoc secretarial support as required.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for clients and colleagues.

Ideally, you will have 1–2 years' experience in a client-facing, hospitality, reception or professional services environment, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
• A genuine interest in hospitality, client services and delivering a high standard of presentation and service.
• Experience in catering, food and beverage service, or supporting meetings and events.
• Barista experience and coffee-making skills will be highly regarded, but are not essential.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, flexible and hands-on approach, with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Confidence in engaging with clients, partners and colleagues at all levels.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, presentation and client care.
