Key Responsibilities

• In-Store & Spatial Design: Design 3D structures, fixtures, and interior layouts for standard retail shops, premium showrooms, temporary roadshows, and large-scale exhibitions.
• Guideline Adaptation & Creativity: Optimize global brand guidelines quickly for local retail stores while delivering entirely new, high-concept designs for exhibitions.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and align project requirements.
• Ocular & Site Inspections: Travel to retail and event venues to conduct ocular, take accurate measurements, and inspect ongoing setups/deployment to ensure real-world execution matches the 3D design. Vendor Coordination & Production Briefing: Communicate directly with fabrication vendors/suppliers. Provide clear, detailed instructions, production drawings, and material specifications to ensure the final output matches the exact design intent.

• Aesthetic & Finish Application: Apply a deep understanding of finishes (Eg; Laminates, wood grains, matte metals, polished surfaces, etc.) and lighting to elevate product presentation.
• Fast Execution: Deliver high-quality 3D renders and handle design revisions efficiently under tight timelines.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

· Experience: 2-5 years of experience in retail concepts, fixture design, branded architecture, or experiential design. (Experience in retail environments is preferred but not mandatory).

· Technical Skills: Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering tools (SketchUp, Blender, 3D Max, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office (for documentation and reporting).

· Aesthetic Eye & Meticulous Mindset: Keen eye for design details, materials, and a basic understanding of costing. A proven ability to check details from the bottom up.

· Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise smoothly with teams, clients, and contractors.

· Work Attitude & Drive:

o Highly proactive, passionate, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

o Capable of quick responses, fast decision-making, and excellent time management (Always at work and on time).

o Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently for on-site oculars/inspections and willingness to render overtime work when project timelines require it.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
