Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and test AI agents that automate and augment GTM Operations workflows across the revenue lifecycle - Collaborate with GTM Operations partners to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for AI agents - Integrate AI agents with existing tools and platforms (such as CRM, analytics, or collaboration tools) using APIs and relevant SDKs - Build prompt flows, decision logic, and guardrails to ensure AI agents are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business policies and controls - Analyze agent performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve speed, accuracy, and usability - Document agent architectures, configurations, and usage guidelines to enable team-wide adoption and ongoing maintenance - Support experimentation and prototyping of new AI use cases that can drive efficiency, improve insight generation, and enhance customer and partner experiences Required Qualifications: - Pursued or are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field - Gained hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language (such as Python or JavaScript) for building integrations or automations - Worked with or studied modern AI/ML, LLMs, or related technologies, including using APIs or frameworks to build simple applications or prototypes - Completed projects, coursework, or internships that involve working with web APIs, data processing, or backend services - Demonstrated the ability to break down a business problem into a structured technical solution, ideally in a data or AI context - Created documentation, diagrams, or project write-ups that explain how a system or application works to both technical and non-technical audiences - Curious and proactive about exploring how AI can transform sales, revenue, and operations workflows in practical, measurable ways - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, engaging with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders - Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership for the quality, reliability, and business fit of what you build - A clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable language - Eager to learn new tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and open to feedback and iteration as part of your development Required Skills: Python, JavaScript, AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), API integration, Data processing, Backend services, Business problem structuring, Curiosity, Proactiveness
