Job Description
Summary: Gift is a social platform designed to foster genuine connections through shared interests, communities, and fandoms. The Growth and Partnerships Intern will support user growth and relationship-building with creators, brands, and communities by conducting research, assisting with outreach campaigns, managing partner communications, tracking performance, and preparing internal reports and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Support initiatives that expand our user base and deepen relationships with creators, brands, and communities
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, conducting market and competitor research, and contributing to outreach campaigns that drive platform growth
- Help manage partner communications, coordinate small projects, track performance metrics, and prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Requiring proactive collaboration with the team across digital channels and a strong interest in community-focused social platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret user data, evaluate campaign performance, and support growth experiments
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage partners, collaborate with internal teams, and produce clear written updates
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking and Sales capabilities to identify opportunities, test acquisition strategies, and support partner outreach
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate small-scale partnership initiatives
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or outreach tools) and a willingness to learn new platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with social media, online communities, or creator ecosystems is beneficial
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
