PT Clerk - Dairy - 0231 at Giant Food in Oakton, VA

Summary: Giant Food is a well-established grocery retailer operating over 160 stores in the Baltimore-Washington area. They are seeking a PT Clerk for their Dairy department who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the organization of products in the store.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, helpful service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with bagging as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized area while following company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, retail, or food service
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fast-paced retail grocery store
- Frequent interaction with customers and team members
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures (e.g., near entrance or refrigerated areas)

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
