companyDescription Code 81 is established in 2023, CODE81 operates autonomously from within the Technology Cluster of Ghobash Group as a highly agile services driven organization, committed to enabling future thinkers. jobDescription The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a major digital transformation program delivered on a Low-Code / No-Code platform, covering multiple enterprise workstreams including: CRM solutions, including Sales and Customer Care Internal and external portals E-services ITSM solutions Data migration and integrations Stakeholder engagement and executive reporting Delivery governance, planning, risk management, and issue resolution Coordination between business, technical, vendor, and client teams Ensuring delivery quality, timelines, scope control, and client satisfaction qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in project/program management Proven experience managing digital transformation programs Strong experience delivering large, complex, multi-workstream technology projects Previous KSA project experience is mandatory Arabic speaker is mandatory PMP Training/certification is mandatory Agile Training/certification or formal Agile training is required Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms is highly preferred Experience in CRM, Customer Care, portals, e-services, ITSM, and enterprise application delivery is highly preferred Strong client-facing, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work fully onsite in Riyadh Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are strongly preferred additionalInformation Hands-on delivery leader who can operate confidently in a client-facing environment, manage senior stakeholders, control complex delivery plans, and lead teams across business and technology domains.
