They are seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to support engineers and project managers on projects involving water distribution, sewer systems, and stormwater infrastructure, providing hands-on experience and contributing to the analysis and retrofit of facilities. Responsibilities: - Researching codes and design options - Documenting findings - Assisting with CADD drawings - Contributing to the analysis and retrofit of new and existing facilities - Providing technical support to inspections of the quality of engineering works and/or the integrity of existing installations or structures - Carrying out a range of activities under the guidance of more senior colleagues to support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications - Implementing improvements and carrying out simple change management tasks - Implementing feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions, under supervision - Carrying out a range of product development and engineering activities - Carrying out a range of contract management tasks - Carrying out a range of project management activities Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree program - Very limited work based experience (0 to 3 months) - None managerial experience Required Skills: Civil Engineering Important Skills: CADD, Project Management Nice-to-Have Skills: Technical Support, Research Skills
