Role & responsibilities

To provide leadership to the factory such that all factory related functions are aligned to achieve stated objectives of the factory in a seamless manner

Preferred candidate profile

1) To provide technical leadership to the factory for current and future business requirements

2) To be responsible for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Cost and Employee morale

3) To associate with Corporate leadership in R & D, EHS, HR, Finance and Quality for the benefit of the factory and for the larger organizational goals

4) To be the factory manager from legal perspective and actively participate in boundary management with local community as well as statutory authorities

5) Drive business goals for factory to meet customer expectations and also maintain cordial relations with suppliers so as to pursue Excellence in doing business
