They are seeking an Interior Design Intern who will collaborate on projects, assist the design team throughout the design process, and gain hands-on experience while contributing to material selection, space planning, and presentations. Responsibilities: - Assisting design team throughout entire design process - Collaborate in brainstorm sessions, and project team meetings - Conduct programming efforts, space planning, and furniture layouts - Assist in material, lighting, appliance, furniture, and accessory selection - Assist within the Materials Library - Possess/demonstrate communication skills to work with all assigned project team members and motivated to engage and ask questions - Assist in preparing presentations, conceptual drawings, sketches and/or 3d images/renderings based on the candidate's proficiency, skill, and knowledge - Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in interior design - Perform related interior design duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Currently a student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design - Students should have completed at least (2) years of classwork in an interior design-based program - Familiarity with design programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, SketchUp/Enscape, Twin Motion - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative on individual tasks - Strong attention to detail and time management Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is helpful, but not required Required Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp Important Skills: MS Office
