Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sets plans and goals for the assigned functional scopes, leads and monitors execution of programs to attain business goals.
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure completion of agreed tasks
- Leads the forecasting activities and work on achieving the sales plan on a month-to-month basis.
- Conducts field coaching and Business Review meetings to guide Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Key Account Specialists (KAS's), Senior Product Manager (SPM), Sales Application Specialists (SAS) in the execution of programs and attainment of business goals.
- Reviews and approves resource allocation and investment proposals to ensure return of investments.
- Performs training needs analysis, designs curriculum and administers trainings aligned with Getz Sales Academy directions.
- Sets standards and defines qualifications of Getz Healthcare personnel, screens applicants and qualifies candidates for promotion and oversees inductive training and on boarding of new hires.
- Interfaces with Business Partners and key customers to continuously build business relationships.
- Works closely with the credit team to ensure timely collection of ARs.
- Provides input in the conceptualization of marketing programs.
- Conducts semestral performance appraisal and guides Getz Healthcare’s personnel to meet performance standards.
- Collaborates with BU Head in budget preparation, incentive parameters, setting up of KRAs; handles sales budget allocation and distribution to different territories
- Assists in new business development and tapping potential business partners
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing or any four (4) year business/science-related course. Master’s degree or units is an advantage.
- Minimum of years (10) years working experience in Medical Device preferably in the Diagnostics industry ; five (5) years of which in a Supervisory capacity and three (3) years in Managerial level. At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations and Sales Force Effectiveness Training in Medical Device/Diagnostics Industry
- Knowledgeable in leading dynamic teams and managing medical device/diangostics business. Capable in identifying business opportunities and business development. Knowledge on full Sales Operations cycle (Budget setting, Territory Management, Bid Process, others). Capable of conceptualizing and executing programs for Sales Force Effectiveness
