As an Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with senior engineers to develop AI-driven tools and contribute to various projects that optimize and scale their operations. Responsibilities: - Support the design and implementation of data models, predictive pipelines, and recommendation logic for personalization across the internal Gesture ecosystem - Contribute to algorithms that translate user behavior into engagement cycles, rewards, and individualized experience pathways - Assist in building backend components that power user incentives, behavioral triggers, and reward systems - Help develop logic that connects user signals (sending patterns, interaction frequency, referrals, etc.) to loyalty outcomes and campaign eligibility - Collaborate with the mobile team (React Native) to integrate AI-driven recommendations, dynamic feeds, and adaptive notification patterns - Develop backend services that support A/B testing, targeted campaigns, personalized prompts, and customer journey flows - Work on API integrations between Firebase, Zoho CRM, Segment, Voucherify, and internal data systems - Assist in ETL workflows, data ingestion, and ensuring data quality across the ecosystem - Participate in performance optimization, load testing, and architecture enhancements - Learn best practices for building systems designed to scale to millions of users - Work with product, data science, marketing, and design teams to convert behavioral insights into consumer-facing features Required Qualifications: -
