- Work in partnership with Detailers and the sales team members to develop practical solutions in a timely manner.
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to design effective 3D business solutions.
- Create 3D models using templated graphics.
- Intuitively design 3D exhibits from client supplied inspiration including sketches and AI mood boards.
Execution and Inspiration
- Brilliantly present yourself as a considerate and reliable teammate on every project.
- Bring an innovative approach to all work and push the boundaries of 3D software.
- Visualize powerful 3D concepts and collaborate with other 3D designers and Detailers.
- Quickly adapt and respond to revisions within a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to complete projects quickly is expected and frequent.
- Balance competing priorities with strong self-direction to deliver results on schedule.
- Passionate about the product development lifecycle, with the confident ability to create new ideas.

Expertise
Specific qualifications for our future 3D Experience Designer, Custom Exhibits position include:
- 2-3+ years’ experience within the 3D, exhibition, events or trade show industry.
- An obsession with the latest trends in 3D design and technology.
- A passion for finding the right balance of materials, space and light to create innovative spaces
- A firm understanding of technology integration and collaborating with tech partners
- A vast knowledge of materials, finishes, graphic applications and fabrication methods a plus.
- Expert knowledge of 3D Studio Max with V-ray or similar 3D industry-standard software
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop visualization a plus
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp a plus
