Summary: Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. The Junior Data Analyst supports Business Intelligence initiatives by maintaining reports, resolving data-related issues, and assisting with ad hoc analysis to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage assigned tickets within the Zoho queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests - Troubleshoot and resolve issues or implement minor enhancements in existing reports - Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy prior to stakeholder review - Generate simple, ad hoc reports based on business needs - Support ongoing reporting and data maintenance efforts across BI tools - Shadow senior team members on meetings and complex data projects to build technical skills - Complete required trainings and maintain knowledge of internal systems and processes - All other duties assigned by your manager Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SQL - Experience working with start-ups - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools - Exposure to Power Automate or Power Apps Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps
