Summary: Genworth is a Fortune 500 provider of products and services that help families address the financial challenges of aging. They are seeking a CareScout Partnerships Intern to support their B2B Partnerships team, focusing on client management, business development, and project management. This role involves developing client-facing materials, managing projects, and supporting business development strategies. Responsibilities: - Supporting regular client interactions: developing client-facing materials, creating meeting agendas, taking and sharing meeting notes and delivering written communications and deliverables to client partners - Managing projects: keeping priority workstreams organized and on time, supporting internal meetings with agendas and notes, communicating outcomes and next steps to key stakeholders - Supporting business development strategy: researching prospective clients, updating pitch materials Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Analytics, or related - Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale - Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer (June-August) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, basic Excel) - Detail and goal oriented, communicates clearly, professional, comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences and able to take direction - Interest in client services/ management, business development, partnerships Required Skills: Business Administration, Business Analytics, Project Management Important Skills: Microsoft Office Nice-to-Have Skills: Client Management, Business Development Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: We have a real impact on the lives of the people we serve, We work on challenging and rewarding projects, We give back to the communities where we live
